Vennikulam Salem Marthoma Church --- Yuvajana Sakhyam

BalaSamajam, Yuvajana Sangam..etc was conducted under the zealous leadership of late Mr. P.G Thoma, pallikal even though the yuvajana sakhyam was launched by the Marthoma church in 1933. More over, another organization designed for charitable purpose were inaugurated in the parish under the leadership of K.O Ninan, Kachukuzhiyil, C.M. Abraham Chengothu, M.G Thomas Andathramannil and P.C. Cherian Thoyattu. It was know as poor Relief Association .Discussion regarding Contemporary issues and discourses aimed to inculcated fellowship and wont of prayer were the main programmes in Sakhyam meetings held after worship on each Sunday. The services rendered by the yuvajana sakhyam in organizing volunteered labour and revamping the road leading towards the parish are commendable.
